Both. CobbScape designs and builds custom pools and luxury landscapes across the Rogue Valley, and also offers design consultations if you want a plan to build in phases. Every design starts by hand, pencil first, pixel second.

Do you build fire-wise and water-wise landscapes?

Yes. Native, water-wise plantings, proper spacing, stone and hardscape, and irrigation design are built into our Medford and Ashland projects to suit Southern Oregon climate and fire-wise needs.

Do you build custom swimming pools?

Yes — custom swimming pools are our primary work, including infinity-edge pools, spas, and pool water features, designed and built in Medford, Ashland, and the Rogue Valley.

What does the design process look like?

It starts with a walk-through of your property — sun, water, views, drainage, and how you want to live outdoors. Ken draws the concept by hand first, then refines it into a build-ready plan. Nothing is built from a rendering alone; the built work is the proof.

How long does a project take?

Do you work on existing landscapes, or only new builds?

Both. CobbScape designs new pools and landscapes, and also offers stewardship — ongoing care for plantings, irrigation, and outdoor systems after the build, keeping your landscape thriving year after year.

What should I have ready before our first conversation?

Just your property address, a sense of how you want to use the space, and any photos or ideas you like. Photos of your yard, views, and problem areas help Ken read the land before he walks it.
