Your first conversation with CobbScape is free. After that, you choose how deep you want to go — from expert advice on your property, to a hand-drawn concept, to a full estate plan.

Four levels

Level 1. Free First Consultation — Free

Your first walk-through and conversation. Ken walks your property with you, listens to how you want to live outdoors, and tells you honestly whether CobbScape is the right fit and what the next step should be.

No sketch, no written plan at this level — that's what the paid levels are for.

Best for: homeowners starting the conversation, no commitment.

Level 2. The Walk-Through — $450

90 minutes on your property. Ken reads the land with you — sun, water, views, drainage, problem areas — and gives straight recommendations: what to do, what to skip, what order to do it in. Written summary within a week.

Best for: homeowners deciding what their property actually needs.

Level 3. The Sketch Session — $1,400

Half day on site, and you watch your project take shape on paper. Every CobbScape design starts by hand — Ken draws the concept live, you take the sketch home. Includes the written summary and a follow-up call.

Best for: homeowners ready to design their outdoor space.

This is the signature. Nobody else offers a hand-drawn concept as part of a consultation.

Level 4. The Estate Assessment — $2,500

Full-property evaluation: landscape, irrigation, drainage, lighting, trees, outdoor structures. You receive a prioritized multi-year plan plus a stewardship roadmap. The assessment fee applies in full toward a CobbScape stewardship contract.

Best for: estate owners and property managers.
